City of Heroes Issue 12: Character Creation

In the superhero-themed MMORPG, City of Heroes, their latest free expansion titled “Midnight Hour” will improve some aspects of the character creation system. Among the new new features is the ability to analyze the statistic and underlying numbers behind each power, including a display that shows you how each power progresses upon leveling up, as well as how each power adapts to PvP.

The other new addition is “Costume Sets”. Previously, you were required to create your character manually with each individual chosen piece. With the new function, you can choose from a list of predefined sets which takes selections belonging to the same set and automatically combines them together as one outfit.
