Tatsumaki: Land at War is an indie MMORPG currently in development that takes place in feudal Japan. The game aims to be historically accurate, feature real-time twitch-based combat and favor an open-ended, player-driven gameplay experience rather than a typical linear grind. A pre-order purchase is offered with the ability to participate in internal testing and interact with the devs at a more personal level, but I think it’s more of a donation to help fund the game’s development than anything else, as Tatsumaki looks to still be in its infancy stage.

The company behind Tatsumaki, Eyes Out Entertainment, is currently looking to fill initially unpaid positions to add to their team. Positions available include programmers, an animator, architectural and object modellers, as well as pormotional, concept and texture artists. If you’re interested, apply here.
